Tamper, jam detection and sensor missing status reports confirm that the system is working properly.

Bosch Smoke Detectors
Smoke detectors can add value to your security system, particularly when your system has 24-hour monitoring. When activated, they can send fire signals to the control room and then activate a predetermined set of instructions. Also if a smoke detector is set up with Solution 16plus or Solution 64, an sms report will be sent if the smoke detector is triggered.

Bosch Remote Controls
Wireless remote control can be used with your security system to make life a little easier. Any Bosch Alarm System can be programmed to use a wireless remote control that is small enough to fit on your key ring. You can use them to arm and disarm your system from outside your home, which is particularly useful when your hands are full. Bosch Proximity Reader
The Proximity reader works with the Solution 64. Adding this module allows access control on the front door, for instance. The Bosch PR100 Proximity Reader allows management of access to selected areas of the building and at the same time offers a very simple method of arming and disarming the intrusion control system. It is fully compatible with the Bosch Graphic proximity enabled code pads and prox cards and tokens.

Bosch Motion Sensors/Detectors
Motion sensors can be either cabled or wirelessly connected back to the main control panel. They are activated by changes in both temperature and motion in their field of view. Motion sensors are specifically placed around the property in order to capture an intruder as quickly as possible. When motion sensors are triggered, they send a message to the alarm control panel that activates the sirens and if monitored, sends important information back to the 24 hour control room.

There are three types of sensors used in motion detectors spectrum

• Passive infrared sensors (PIR) - looks for body heat. No energy is emitted from the sensor
• Microwave (active) - sensor sends out microwave pulses and measures the reflection off a moving object
• Ultrasonic (active) - sensor sends out pulses and measures the reflection off a moving object
